About the role

The company is looking for an experienced store manager to lead its fashion retail locations across several Croatian cities. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of store employees.
• Plan, organize and delegate daily tasks.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data and propose improvements.
• Engage with customers, provide fashion advice and create complete styling solutions.
• Maintain proper product presentation and timely replenishment.
• Participate in receiving, safeguarding and inventory counting of merchandise.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current fashion trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a team in the fashion industry.
• Ambitious and focused on a long‑term career in fashion retail.
• Result‑oriented, responsible and reliable.
• Well‑organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Creative, enjoys challenges and has strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
