About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our production plant in Donji Muć. The role involves maintaining and servicing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical assemblies of machines.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Install and commission new machines and installations.
• Troubleshoot faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Record and report completed work.
• Collaborate daily with operational staff and other departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; similar roles are a plus.
• Technical secondary education (mechanic, electrotechnician, etc.).
• Proactive, accurate, tidy and precise in work.
• Good time‑management, flexibility and quick adaptation to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to learn independently and expand professional knowledge.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
