Mechatronics Technician for Production Machines

About the role

We are looking for a technically responsible, precise and motivated individual to operate modern automated production machines in the manufacturing of food supplements. The role involves overseeing machine performance, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment.
• Prepare and adjust machines for each production run.
• Track the production process and control product quality.
• Resolve minor machine stoppages and irregularities.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance according to guidelines.
• Maintain production documentation.
• Keep the workplace tidy and follow established procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education in a technical field (mechatronics, mechanical, electrical engineering or related).
• Technical literacy and understanding of machine operation.
• Ability to set up and monitor production equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Responsibility, precision and a focus on quality.
• Proactive problem‑solving and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP standards (preferred).
• Experience with automated production machines (advantageous).
• Basic preventive maintenance techniques.
