About the role
The employer is looking for a meat butcher to display and sell fresh meat and meat products, prepare them according to set recipes and standards, and look after the cleanliness and order of the department.
Key responsibilities
- Display and sell fresh meat and meat products
- Prepare meat products according to set recipes and standards
- Check the shelf life of fresh and packaged meat
- Keep the department clean, tidy and well stocked
- Advise customers
Required profile
- Degree in food science (meat butcher)
- 6 months of experience selling meat
- Customer-oriented and focused on service quality
- Pleasant communication, neatness, responsibility and willingness to work in a team
