Materials & Supply Chain Manager (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Materials & Supply Chain Manager to lead the Materials organisation at our Osijek facility. The role is responsible for ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory, and driving supply chain performance in a regulated medical-device environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics to support production and customer commitments.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to manage demand changes, mitigate risks and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Monitor and improve metrics such as inventory turns, forecast accuracy, shortages and on-time delivery.
• Drive cost reduction through inventory optimisation, logistics improvements and supplier collaboration.
• Coach and develop the Materials team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in materials management, supply chain or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, aerospace or automotive).
• Fluent in English and Croatian.
