About the role

LOGISTA is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its corporate marketing strategy. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on implementation across brand building, digital channels, events and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the corporate marketing strategy.
• Strengthen brand awareness and drive employer branding initiatives.
• Create, prepare and distribute promotional and communication materials.
• Manage social‑media content, publish posts and monitor campaign performance.
• Maintain and update website content.
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies and suppliers.
• Propose new marketing activities and oversee their execution.
• Organise internal and external events.
• Participate in sponsorships, charitable actions and donations.
• Prepare and coordinate PR releases and media communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and independent management of marketing activities.
• Ability to view marketing at a strategic level while being ready for operational execution.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong written expression and awareness of different communication channels and target groups.
• Initiative, responsibility and good self‑organisation.
• Capability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative skills and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Awareness of current marketing trends and digital channels.
