Marketing asistent

About the role

ENCIAN is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the growth and communication strategy with our customers. You will work closely with designers, external agencies, and internal teams to execute media plans, events, and digital activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in media plan execution, provide input for print ads, collaborate with designers, and support PR activities.
• Work with designers on POS material creation, coordinate with printers, and manage prototype approvals.
• Help prepare and execute events, including budgeting, material coordination, on‑site support, PR, and online monitoring.
• Coordinate in‑store promotions and tastings with external agencies, plan product quantities, schedule distribution, and compile reports.
• Maintain daily web administration tasks: content entry, webshop promotions, newsletter planning, and UX improvement suggestions.
• Collaborate with social‑media agencies and influencers, track analytics, and report weekly.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, Facebook, and Zendesk; process webshop and pharmacy orders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings on webshop platforms and produce regular analyses.

Required profile

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Enthusiastic about learning new tools and working in a team.
• Organised, creative, proactive and able to shift between operational tasks and external collaboration.

Required skills

• Basic AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Familiarity with Canva for design tasks.
• Experience using Zendesk for customer support.
