About the role

The Business Relationship Manager will maintain and develop relationships with existing SME clients, sell both risky and non‑risky banking products, and actively acquire new business entities. The role combines client portfolio management, financial analysis, and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Sell risky and non‑risky bank and group products across all distribution channels.
• Plan and execute acquisition of newly founded and existing SME business entities.
• Manage client portfolios, including financial data preparation, financing structuring, credit proposal drafting, contract signing, and documentation for accounting.
• Monitor client transactions, implement account changes, and produce regular reports.
• Handle client complaints discreetly, gather feedback on products and services, and participate in cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar banking or financial role (candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply).
• Active knowledge of English.
• Proactive, result‑oriented attitude with high integrity, reliability and responsibility.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team player willing to learn and take ownership of results.
