About the role

Pfizer is hiring a Maintenance Engineer (m/f) in Savski Marof. The role covers planning and monitoring equipment maintenance, spare parts management and equipment modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan equipment preventive maintenance activities
• Monitor and analyse preventive maintenance activities
• Analyse corrective maintenance activities and improve maintenance procedures
• Manage spare parts
• Monitor and analyse preventive and corrective maintenance costs
• Plan and coordinate equipment modernization

Required profile

• Master's degree in technical sciences
• Proficiency in Croatian and English
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong team spirit
• Adaptable, systematic and punctual
