About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible chef to lead the kitchen shift at our fish restaurant “RIBICE I TRI TOČKICE” located in the centre of Zagreb and Rijeka. The role acts as the deputy to the head chef, ensuring smooth operation during each service and providing flexibility to work in either location as needed.

Key responsibilities

Manage procurement, storage and rational use of all food supplies.
Prepare a variety of fish and other dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
Ensure proper storage conditions and minimise waste.
Oversee kitchen hygiene and safety during the shift.

Required profile

Highly motivated, responsible and communicative.
Conscientious approach to work, especially regarding food safety.
Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Required skills

Basic computer knowledge.
