About the role

We are looking for an experienced cook to work in our hot kitchen, serving dishes on a self‑service line. The position is based in the western part of Zagreb (Trešnjevka) and offers a stable morning shift from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of hot dishes, including soups, stews, grilled items, wok meals and a la carte fish and meat plates.
• Maintain the self‑service line, ensuring food is replenished and displayed according to quality standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to keep the work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional cooking experience.
• Excellent command of Croatian, both spoken and written.
• Good spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of preparing soups and stews.
• Experience with grill cooking.
• Proficiency in wok cooking techniques.
• Ability to create a la carte fish and meat dishes.
