About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organized cook to join our kitchen team in Zagreb. The role involves preparing both hot and cold dishes in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Independently prepare meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Handle large volumes of food during peak service periods.
• Ensure consistent quality and attractive presentation of all dishes.
• Apply HACCP principles to guarantee food safety.
• Assist with occasional catering events as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in catering or self‑service lines.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness, and reliability.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends for catering assignments.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge and implementation.
