About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook / Grill Master to join our restaurant team in Zagreb. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and grilling a variety of meat and vegetable dishes on a wood‑charcoal grill, ensuring high quality and consistent taste. This is an on‑site position with rotating shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

Grill meat and vegetables on a wood‑charcoal grill according to recipes.
Prepare ingredients, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

Experience working in a kitchen or grill environment.
Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday, with two‑week rotating shift schedule.
Willingness to work without accommodation provided.
Reliability and punctuality.

Required skills

Charcoal grilling.
Food preparation.
Workplace sanitation.

What we offer

Two‑week rotating shifts: week 1 7:30‑15:30, week 2 14:30‑22:30.
Days off on Sunday, Monday, public holidays and feast days.
