About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook to join our restaurant team in Karlovac. You will be responsible for preparing meals in a high‑volume, line‑catering environment, ensuring quality and consistency for a large number of guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Completed KV/VKV/SSS hospitality cooking qualification.
• At least 1 year of professional cooking experience.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Eligibility for preferential hiring under the Croatian War Veterans Law (if applicable).
