About the role
We are seeking a dedicated chef (male or female) for a permanent position at our restaurant in Zagreb. The role focuses on preparing high‑quality main dishes, ensuring consistency and taste that meet our guests' expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plate main courses, including the signature dish “gableca”.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

- High sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to adapt to shift schedules.
Required skills
What we offer
- Shift‑based work schedule.
- Restaurant operating hours from 07:00 to 17:00.
- Every other Saturday off.
- Sundays and public holidays are non‑working days.
