About the role

As part of KRAŠ’s expert team you will work on projects that shape well‑known brands and modernise internal operations. The position offers a meaningful environment where your work directly impacts the quality of meals served in the company’s canteen and restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all types of dishes in line with the menu, professional standards and supervisors’ instructions.
• Process and prepare meat, fish and other ingredients required for meals.
• Ensure proper storage, inventory control and consumption of food items.
• Plan and organise meat preparation according to daily menus for the canteen and restaurant.
• Execute HACCP procedures within the scope of your work.
• Maintain the appearance and presentation of dishes according to company procedures.

Required profile

• KV/SSS certification (Cook or Butcher).
• Preferably at least two years of experience in similar positions.
• Polite and correct attitude towards service users and colleagues.
• Team‑oriented, cooperative and motivated.
• Passion for cooking and continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Implementation of HACCP food‑safety system.
• Meat processing techniques (marinating, seasoning, stuffing, tying, breading).
• Fish processing and dish preparation.
• Food storage management and inventory tracking.
• Preparation of semi‑finished and finished meat products according to internal recipes.
