About the role

The Production Coordinator will oversee daily manufacturing operations at Pan-pek, ensuring compliance with technological, legal and internal standards while supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor implementation of required technological, legal and internal regulations in production.
• Create daily work orders for the manufacturing floor.
• Control hygiene standards for employees and the production facility.
• Prepare work schedules for production staff.
• Submit regular operational reports.

Required profile

• Higher education – preferably a degree in Food Technology (not mandatory).
• At least two years of experience in similar roles within the food industry.
• Willingness to work in three shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
• Computer literacy.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Category B driving licence.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
