About the role

The company Kooglana is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to strengthen its sales team in Zagreb. The role involves providing administrative and logistical support to the sales department and ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team across branches.
• Coordinate sales activities and monitor the implementation of sales plans.
• Prepare sales offers, contracts and presentations.
• Manage the client database.
• Communicate with clients and resolve their inquiries.
• Produce sales reports and analyse sales results.
• Support the organization and preparation of client meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal sales support.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; higher education (bachelor or master) is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in sales.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and meticulous attitude.
• Category B driving licence is desirable.
