About the role

The Quality Controller ensures that metal‑machined components meet all product specifications before they leave the factory. You will perform visual and manual inspections, operate precision measuring equipment, and verify that incoming materials and semi‑finished parts comply with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of finished parts.
• Perform manual inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and optical measuring devices.
• Operate a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for dimensional checks.
• Measure parts on a contour gauge.
• Carry out intermediate checks of products and semi‑finished items.
• Inspect incoming raw materials.

Required profile

• Technical secondary school education (SSS) preferred.
• Experience with penetrant testing (PT) is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High personal responsibility, discipline, and precision.
