About the role

The restaurant is looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to join the front‑of‑house team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the dining area before service begins.
• Take orders, advise guests on menu items, and answer questions.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Issue bills, process payments and calculate daily turnover.
• Set and clear tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, premises and inventory.
• Coordinate and monitor stock levels.
• Apply hospitality standards and represent the organization positively.
