About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter/barista to join our team at Pablo’s Bar in Zagreb. You will be the face of the coffee bar, ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service while enjoying high‑quality beverages.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests and take orders efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and other beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and guest area.
- Handle cash register operations and process payments.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through polite communication.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Perform other duties related to coffee‑bar operations.
Required profile
- Polite, communicative, and professional attitude toward guests.
- Responsible, tidy, and reliable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
