About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to join our team at Hotel Astoria in Zagreb. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in line with hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks and food according to established hospitality rules and standards.
• Take orders, manage table reservations, issue bills and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma, preferably with a focus on hospitality.
• Polite and service‑oriented attitude toward guests.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Preferable proficiency in spoken and written English.
