About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to join our team at a hospitality venue in Zagreb. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Provide information about menu items and give recommendations.
• Manage stock levels and conduct inventory checks.
• Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately.
• Uphold service standards and hospitality values at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as a waiter.
• Basic knowledge of drink preparation.
• Strong communication skills and a polite demeanor.
• Team spirit, responsibility and flexibility with working hours.
• Mandatory proficiency in English.
