About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to join the team at Belgravia Cafe in Zagreb. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they enjoy a pleasant experience from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests, providing attentive service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and bar.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment.
• Prepare coffee, wine, cocktails, lemonades, fresh juices and our own craft BIR beer.
• Serve business customers in the morning and local guests in the afternoon and evening.
• Organise knowledge quizzes and wine‑tasting workshops.

Required profile

• Polite, punctual and tidy in appearance.
• Communicative, positive and able to work well in a team.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Experience in guest service and bar work, especially coffee and drink preparation.
• Capable of handling opening and closing duties.
