Komercijalni asistent (m/ž)

About the role

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a motivated Commercial Assistant to join us in Rijeka. Under the mentorship of the company director, you will gradually become involved in B2B sales and the development of new markets across the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential B2B customers in Croatia and other EU countries.
• Communicate with prospects and existing clients via phone and email.
• Prepare and send commercial offers.
• Track sent offers and follow up with customers.
• Research market trends and new business opportunities.
• Support the development of relationships with business partners.
• Gradually take part in negotiations and other sales activities.
• Collaborate daily with the director and operational team to deliver results.

Required profile

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Interest in sales and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Italian, German or French is an advantage.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, customer handling or international business is a plus but not mandatory.
