About the role
The company is looking for a motivated Commercial Specialist to join its sales and marketing department. You will act as the first point of contact for patients, handling inquiries and supporting the clinic’s growth through effective communication and data management.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via email and telephone.
- Enter and maintain patient records in the CRM system.
- Log all inquiries in spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
- Follow up with patients to re‑establish contact and schedule appointments.
Required profile
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in Italian.
- Previous experience in a dental clinic is a plus.
- Organised, team‑oriented and focused on achieving business targets.
Required skills
- CRM software usage.
- Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
