About the role

Agro Trebor d.o.o. is looking for a motivated Commercialist / Salesperson to handle the safe delivery of agricultural products and actively promote sales both in the field and in retail settings. The role combines logistics, customer service, and sales activities to support the company’s distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up, load and deliver agricultural products to customers at agreed locations.
• Plan optimal delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
• Maintain records of received and dispatched goods.
• Ensure the company vehicle remains clean, tidy and in good working order.
• Actively sell products on‑site and in retail environments as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Assist in the retail/garden centre with product display, store cleanliness and customer assistance.
• Receive and issue goods as part of inventory management.

Required profile

• Desirable knowledge of plant protection products, fertilizers and general plant care.
