Komercijalist prodaje građevinskih strojeva – Hrvatska i BiH

About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Sales Commercialist to promote and sell construction machines and equipment across Croatia and Bosnia‑Herzegovina. You will work from the Zagreb office and travel to client sites, representing the brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing clients and acquire new customers in the region.
• Organise and conduct meetings with clients and partners.
• Participate in trainings, trade fairs and industry events.
• Process inquiries, prepare quotations and economic parameters.
• Communicate with suppliers and monitor public tenders on EOJN.
• Prepare tender documentation and manage participation in public procurement procedures.
• Track legal regulations, standards and project progress from order to delivery.
• Maintain written, phone and face‑to‑face communication with local and international partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments and perform other tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Economic or technical education (secondary or higher).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably technical or B2B sales of construction machinery, tools or equipment.
• Good command of English or German (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Strong communication abilities, goal‑oriented and resourceful.
• Team‑player attitude.
