Key Account Manager – Retail (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead the development and expansion of our natural food products within supermarket chains. You will build long‑term partnerships with key customers and drive sales growth across the retail channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand product distribution in supermarket chains.
• Manage relationships with existing customers and create long‑term partnership plans.
• Negotiate product listings, shelf positioning and plan promotional activities.
• Create and execute annual sales plans, achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Plan quantities and coordinate activities with customers, category management and internal teams.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, positioning and improve sales performance.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing key accounts in supermarket/FMCG channels.
• Proven negotiation experience with trade chains.
• Knowledge of the healthy food category is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, independent, highly organized and result‑oriented.
• Analytical mindset and responsibility.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and willingness to work in the field.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office suite.
