Key Account Manager Croatia

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will build and grow relationships with restaurant partners, using data‑driven insights to drive their success.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
• Analyse data to improve operational excellence, growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
• Drive revenue growth via smart promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisation.
• Own the partner onboarding process from store setup to first days on the app.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service) to deliver customised solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of high‑performance account management or business consultancy experience, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and data‑driven decision making.
• Highly organised, proactive with strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Native level Croatian and proficiency in English.
