Junior Sales Representative – Lenses

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to drive business development and sales of optical lenses. The role involves building relationships with distributors, managing existing accounts, and supporting partners with technical training while travelling across domestic and regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sell optical lenses to new and existing customers.
• Establish contact with domestic and regional distributors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current partners.
• Travel frequently within Croatia and to neighboring countries.
• Identify and develop new export markets through distribution channels.
• Provide technical training and product education to partners.

Required profile

• Completed education in optics or optometry.
• At least one year of sales experience with optical products.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel extensively.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Advanced technical knowledge of optical lenses.
