Junior Marketing Manager (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Manager to join our fast‑growing hotel group in Petrčane. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our hospitality and tourism brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in daily tasks and project coordination.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns and communication activities.
• Develop and maintain offers, packages and promotional material.
• Prepare regular reports and perform performance analysis.
• Handle budget administration, invoicing and forecasting.
• Coordinate marketing activities across departments and external partners.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required by the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism or lifestyle brands.
• Experience with campaign coordination, digital marketing or communications is an advantage.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM and other marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of graphic‑design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
