Junior Key Account Manager

About the role

Join Henkel Croatia’s Adhesive Technologies business unit as a Junior Key Account Manager. You will support the execution of local sales plans, build strong relationships with customers and distributors, and contribute to the growth of existing accounts while acquiring new business.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local sales plans and strategies aligned with the SBU objectives.
• Develop and implement action plans for each customer based on their roadmap.
• Achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets for the assigned territory.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and internal sales teams.
• Coordinate with technical customer service for line trials, issue resolution, and education initiatives.
• Implement pricing, promotional actions, and KAM strategies such as listings and promotions.
• Manage or steer distributor salesforce and third‑party representation.
• Ensure excellent point‑of‑sale execution, merchandising, and brand representation.
• Conduct field visits, monitor store implementation, and identify stock gaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Strong crisis handling, customer research, and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, team‑player attitude, and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Croatian.
• Valid category B driving licence.
