Junior Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Brand Manager to join KRAŠ, a leading food‑processing company in Croatia. You will support the development and execution of marketing plans for assigned brands, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans for designated brands.
• Coordinate and execute marketing activities, monitoring their progress.
• Track brand budgets, expenses and key performance indicators.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to new product development and portfolio optimisation.
• Support the planning and rollout of campaigns, promotions and other brand‑building initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments, marketing and creative agencies, and other partners.
• Ensure timely project delivery and maintain required documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
