About the role

We are expanding our technical team and are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineering Assistant to support product development and production activities. You will work closely with experienced engineers, gradually taking on more independent tasks while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing export‑oriented company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the engineering department in product development and documentation.
• Create simple 2D/3D drawings and models in SolidWorks under engineer guidance.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and dimensioning with mentor supervision.
• Update revisions on existing drawings and models.
• Participate in preparing, updating and archiving technical documentation and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Collect and process technical data (materials, tolerances, standards) required for product development.
• Prepare technical data and simple presentations for internal use and customers.
• Communicate with production to clarify technical details and changes.
• Support procurement by drafting inquiries to suppliers for parts, materials and services.
• Assist in basic measurements, quality control and reporting.
• Help test prototypes, record results and observations.

Required profile

• Graduate (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering or final‑year student.
• Excellent proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and basic documentation.
• Active English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word) for data handling.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new product‑development knowledge.
• Responsible, precise, systematic and team‑oriented.
