About the role

TEKTON CONSTRUCTION is looking for a motivated Site Engineer to oversee construction activities across multiple sites in Croatia. The role involves on‑site coordination, quality control, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor construction works on the site.
• Control execution of works against project documentation, deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors and other participants on the site.
• Maintain and update technical and site documentation.
• Prepare data for calculations, reports and monthly situation updates.
• Collaborate with the project manager, supervision team and other construction stakeholders.
• Perform field work throughout the Republic of Croatia.

Required profile

• Higher education (VŠS/VSS) in civil engineering or a related field.
• Preferably experience as a site engineer or in similar construction roles.
• Knowledge of project documentation and basic site processes.
• Responsibility, organisational skills and willingness to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
