Invoice Accountant

About the role

The Invoice Accountant will join the Supply Chain Management team at PIA Automation in Zagreb. You will be responsible for processing incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the finance flow within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Control and verify incoming invoices (quantity, price, payment conditions, payment address).
• Clarify credit notes, complaints and reminders with departments and suppliers.
• Check delivery notes against invoices and post invoices and credit notes in the ERP system.
• Prepare reports for the Head of SCM and internal meetings, including cash‑flow statements.
• Monitor open accounts, close them and ensure proper archiving of documents.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with accounting regulations and ability to work on multiple tasks.
• Good command of Croatian and solid English skills (German is a plus).
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
