About the role

The company GRAVUS-ING d.o.o is looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead and coordinate works on its Zagreb projects. The role involves supervising workers, subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery of construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on‑site workers.
• Coordinate, monitor and control the work of subcontractors.
• Ensure quality standards and detailed execution of construction tasks.
• Receive and verify ordered materials and services.
• Record and evaluate worker performance on the site.
• Oversee and manage construction resources and equipment.
• Implement and monitor occupational safety measures, site cleanliness and order.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in construction (KV, SSS or VKV).
• Recognized master status in the construction field.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar positions on high‑rise and related low‑rise construction sites.
• Basic knowledge of English and active knowledge of Croatian (minimum B1).
• Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Roh‑bau execution knowledge.
• Occupational safety measures implementation.
