Frigomonter (m/ž)

About the role

Vertiv Croatia is expanding its production plant in Rugvica and is looking for multiple Frigomonters to join the team. You will work on the installation, soldering and welding of HVAC, refrigeration, fire‑protection and ventilation circuits for modular data‑centre cooling units.

Key responsibilities

• Install HVAC units, refrigeration and fire‑protection components according to production orders.
• Solder pipes and weld various cooling, ventilation and fire‑protection loops.
• Follow daily tasks assigned by the line supervisor and adhere to safety regulations.
• Study and apply technical documentation, work orders and instructions.
• Use specified materials, tools and technical documentation for each assembly.
• Report any non‑conformities in materials, processes or documentation.
• Support additional line activities such as testing, packaging and loading when delegated.
• Escalate issues to higher‑level departments (engineering, storage, QC) when needed.
• Participate in Kaizen, continuous‑improvement projects and team meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education in refrigeration, heating & air‑conditioning, welding or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Team‑oriented, detail‑focused, flexible and creative.

Required skills

• Soldering of cooling, ventilation and fire‑protection systems.
• Welding of the same systems.
• Installation of HVAC equipment.
• Interpretation of technical drawings and material lists.
• Use of hand and power tools for assembly.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.
