Fire Protection Specialist

About the role

Rimac Technology is looking for a Fire Protection Specialist to lead the development and implementation of fire safety strategies across its high‑performance automotive projects. You will work closely with engineering, production and the public fire brigade to ensure a safe environment for employees and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategy, policy, goals and multi‑annual plans for the Fire Protection Service.
• Organise and supervise business management systems related to fire safety.
• Analyse personnel needs, propose motivation and career‑development measures for the fire protection team.
• Conduct regular and ad‑hoc assessments of fire protection status and implement preventive measures.
• Draft fire‑protection instructions, graphic plans and related documentation.
• Develop the Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Protection Plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Plan, deliver and monitor general and specialised fire‑protection training programmes for company staff.
• Supervise employee awareness activities on fire hazards in the workplace.
• Coordinate with the Public Fire Brigade to communicate site‑specific fire‑protection conditions.
• Oversee maintenance, inspection and testing of fire‑protection systems, devices and equipment.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a similar fire‑protection role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fire Protection or a related field.
• Professional certification/exam for fire‑protection services.
• Experience in industrial or production environments is an advantage.
• Strong collaboration, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent oral and written English.
