About the role

The Finance Director will lead the financial strategy and analytical management of our hotel operations, reporting directly to the General Director. This senior position is responsible for ensuring financial health, compliance, and profitability across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic and analytical management of the hotel’s financial performance.
• Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Monitoring cash flow, profitability and key performance indicators.
• Analyzing financial and operational data to drive efficiency and profit growth.
• Advising and controlling business results of all departments (Rooms, F&B, M&E, procurement, etc.).
• Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, including VAT and tourism fees.
• Cooperating with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Leading, mentoring and developing the finance‑accounting team.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or related field (VSS).
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven experience with financial forecasting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with analytical tools.
• Experience using hotel management systems.
