Financial Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Administrator to manage the financial documentation of our architecture and interior design projects. You will ensure accurate record‑keeping, support contract preparation, and help keep project finances on track.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store financial documents such as contracts, purchase orders, and insurance policies.
• Prepare contracts with business partners for each project.
• Monitor balance sheets, account cards, and journal entries.
• Plan budgets, record expenses, and manage cost control.
• Issue invoices and hand‑over documents.
• Track receivables and payments to project collaborators.
• Use project‑financial software to follow project budgets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legal regulations (RRIF, VAT) and apply them.

Required profile

• Secondary economic school or a completed undergraduate/graduate degree in economics, finance or a related field.
• Experience in finance, administration or bookkeeping is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and legal regulations.
• Excellent organization, precision and comfort working with numbers.
• Strong communication skills for internal teams and external partners.
