Field Support Engineer – Heating & Cooling (Adriatic Region)

About the role

Panasonic Marketing Europe is seeking a highly technical Field Support Engineer to provide on‑site assistance for its heating and cooling portfolio across the Adriatic region. The role blends field work with office‑based activities, requiring fast analytical thinking and a passion for solving technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support to Panasonic partners, direct customers and end‑users across the Adriatic region.
• Assist with product commissioning and ensure correct system set‑up during first‑visit pre‑commissioning.
• Act as the first level of escalation after call‑centre and service partners, diagnosing issues and proposing solutions.
• Train and support new installers on‑site.
• Travel throughout Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia‑Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Slovenia.

Required profile

• Technical education in refrigeration, heating, air‑conditioning or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical or field‑based role.
• Strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, including hydraulics, regulations and standards.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
