Family Banker (m/f)

About the role

The Family Banker works directly with clients in a branch environment, helping them meet their financial needs through personalized advice, product sales, and transaction processing. This position combines customer service with sales and basic credit assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs, actively sell banking products, and execute sales campaigns.
• Process cash and non‑cash transactions, handle deposits, withdrawals, and issue cash and valuables.
• Perform primary credit risk assessment, negotiate and approve loans, and manage loan disbursements.
• Handle client complaints according to established standards.
• Receive, verify, and control cash and other valuables, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (SSS) with a focus on economics or a related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
