Entry-Level IT Technician (Remote Support)

About the role

Corelion is looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level IT Technician to provide technical support to healthcare clients across the United States. You will work remotely from Zagreb, handling a variety of user issues via phone, email and remote tools, while gaining exposure to both small‑office and enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist end‑users across the US through phone, email and remote access.
• Configure and maintain workstations, tablets, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Set up email clients, shared folders, domain accounts and perform software installations and updates.
• Troubleshoot desktop, peripheral and virtual workstation issues.
• Diagnose basic server‑related problems and collaborate with the team on complex cases.
• Document incidents, processes and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for problem solving.
• Willingness to work the 3 PM – 11 PM shift.
• Motivation to develop technical knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic understanding of computer networking concepts.
