About the role
KONE, a global leader in elevators and moving stairs, is looking for a new talent to fill its next vacancy in Dubrovnik: an elevator service technician. The technician carries out regular service inspections and repairs of elevators according to the orders of contractual partners, company policy and internal processes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive, accurate communication
- Carry out service inspections, including regular maintenance, interventions and repairs
- Manage your own practical spare parts store and identify parts needs
- Keep service tools, vehicles and equipment safe, clean and in good condition
- Report sales leads, tasks completed and results
- Ensure a safe working environment and the safety of end users and equipment
