About the role

We are looking for a qualified electrician to join our production plant in Turopolje. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the plant’s electrical installations and equipment, ensuring reliable operation in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations and plant components according to technical documentation and maintenance plans.
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs within the scope of your technical competence.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and apply them in daily work.
• Install, commission and maintain automation systems for the production line.
• Repair all types of electrical devices and address complex breakdowns.
• Use various hand tools, platforms and other equipment as required.
• Conduct preventive inspections of equipment and systems and follow the annual maintenance and overhaul schedule.
• Record all performed work, parts used and shift activities in the maintenance log.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar electrical maintenance positions.
• Ability to work in morning and afternoon shifts.
• Proactive attitude with strong organisational skills.
• Capability to handle stressful situations and learn in a dynamic production setting.
• Driving licence category B and basic knowledge of a foreign language are advantageous.
