About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. You will be responsible for transporting balloons and balloon decorations to customers across Zagreb and, when needed, throughout Croatia. The role combines safe driving, careful handling of delicate products, and direct interaction with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and safe delivery of balloons and balloon decorations to client addresses.
• Loading and unloading decorations with careful handling to maintain product quality.
• Assisting with set‑up and removal of balloon decorations at event locations.
• Checking delivered goods and accompanying documentation for accuracy.
• Keeping the delivery vehicle clean and orderly.
• Communicating with clients during deliveries to ensure high service standards.
• Performing basic warehouse tasks such as receiving, sorting, and preparing orders.
• Occasionally helping to prepare balloon decorations.

Required profile

• Secondary education (high school) completed.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Reliability, punctuality and strong sense of responsibility.
• Team‑oriented attitude with flexibility.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail when handling delicate products.

Required skills

• Experience in delivery or similar roles (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Zagreb and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication skills and courteous client interaction.
