About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable staff member to join our bowling centre in Zagreb. The role involves handling all aspects of the bowling experience, from receiving reservations to serving guests food and drinks. You will be part of a team that ensures visitors enjoy a smooth and enjoyable bowling session.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage reservations for bowling lanes, children’s birthday parties and team‑building events.
- Issue bowling shoes and register players on the lanes.
- Serve guests food and beverages, providing courteous service throughout their visit.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related customer‑facing role is preferred.
