About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Dispatcher to manage both domestic and international road freight operations. You will act as the central point of contact between drivers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth transport execution.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate transport activities.
• Monitor drivers and cargo throughout the entire transport process.
• Communicate with clients and drivers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Develop new client relationships and expand cooperation.
• Perform administrative tasks within the transport department.
• Receive, issue, and control transport documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Timocom.
• At least secondary vocational education, preferably in economics or traffic management.
• Understanding of logistics and transport processes.
• Experience in organising international freight.
• Strong organisational, communicative, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Initiative, responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Timocom transport software.
